How do I update my personal details? 如何更新我的个人资料?

First press the 'settings' button at the top right of your home screen, then your personal details can be changed in the ‘Profile Details’ tab which you will find in the settings menu. Any details which can be changed are labelled with a 'pen' icon, and to change the other details, please contact us for assistance.

You can create an in1JointAccount as a new or existing customer. Simply go into the ‘Apply for a new account’ button from your main dashboard and select in1JointAccount. Once you have finished submitting the application, your partner will be sent an email link to join in your application.

When you first log on to a new device or when you onboard to in1App, you will be asked to enable your device-native biometrics suite. If you disabled it in this process, you could turn this back on in the 'security' tab of your settings page. You can also disable your biometrics here if you wish to do so.

You can have up to 3 devices registered on your account at any one time, and 1 account must be set as the primary account which you will receive your notification on. You will be prompted to deregister any excess devices when you log onto a new device with your in1App. Otherwise, you could check your device registration in the 'settings' of your in1App. If you identify any suspicious devices, please remove them immediately and contact us if this is a concern.

You can lock your account in the settings screen under the ‘Security’ tab. There, you will see the toggle for ‘Lock Account Temporarily’ which you can turn on to lock the account. Once locked, please note that payments in and out will not be allowed and all pending transactions will be suspended for this account. However, you will still be able to view and access your account from your in1App.

You can change your display language in the settings screen under the ‘language’ tab. Alternatively, you can do it on the loading screen when you first open the app before you sign on.

How do I make standard payments in the in1App ? 如何在合壹银行APP中进行标准付款?

in1bank's 'Pay Anyone' function can be used to pay any Australian bank accounts both within in1bank or at other banks. To make a 'Pay Anyone' transaction, you can start by paying an existing saved payee in the list or by pressing the '+' button at the top right of your screen.

Why has my payment not arrived in my friend's account yet? 为什么我的付款还没有转到我朋友的账户上?

Typically, a transaction to another financial institution should occur after 1 working day. As such, if a transaction was sent out on Friday, the funds may not arrive in the receiving bank account until the Monday or Tuesday of the following week. If it doesn't arrive after a week, please feel free to contact us so we may assist you. Otherwise introduce our in1Account to your friends to take advantage of our instant payment transactions.

How do I schedule a payment to someone? 如何付款?

To schedule payments, press the 'Now' option to change the settings away from transacting immediately to 'later' for a once off future payment or one of the other frequency settings for other types of recurrent payments. To help you plan your finances, once you have set a payment, this can be viewed and removed at the in1Account, in1JointAccount, or in1BizAccount screens under the 'scheduled payments' section.

in1bank does not provide its own card payments at this stage. You can continue to use your existing cards or use our affiliate Wise prepaid card with multicurrency capabilities for your card payment needs.

If you don’t have enough money to complete a scheduled transaction, the payment will not be made. To better plan your finances, you can see all your scheduled payments in the scheduled payments tab in your in1Account, in1JointAccount or in1BizAccount dashboard, this may assist you to ensure there are sufficient funds in your accountin1Account in advance.

How do I fund my accounts? 如何为我的账户提供资金?

To fund your accounts, simply look up your bank account details under the 'Account Tab' of your in1Account, in1JointAccount or in1BizAccount, and you can transfer your existing funds or salary payments to this account. If your friends or family are also in1Bank customers, they can transfer funds instantly to you via an in1Bank QR Pay by scanning your QR code. Simply press 'Receive' on the in1App home screen to present them with your QR code.

At in1Bank, you can search your past transactions easily. If you can't find what you’re looking for, you can use the 'Advanced Search' function to use other metrics to search your transaction history, including: transaction value, transaction categories, date ranges.

For the in1Account, in1JointAccount and the in1BizAccount, the maximum account balance is unlimited, however, you will only receive interest for balances up to $250,000.

If you are unable to press the upload button at the bottom right corner of the QR scanner, this may be due to a number of reasons. However, most likely this is because it is not enabled by your device. Please also check your phone settings to make sure that your photo galleries are enabled to in1App. If you're having any more trouble on this, please feel free to email or contact us directly for assistance.

If your ID verification did not work during onboarding, please make sure that your name is entered exactly as per your ID document and that your ID has not expired. Otherwise, you could consider using a different ID document, or contact us directly.

How long do I have to wait until the account is created? 银行开户需要等多久?

Once you have fully submitted and completed your account creation process, you will see a green tick in your application card in your dashboard.
Provided we have a full submission, for in1Accounts and in1JointAccounts, this should return a result within 5 minutes.
For in1BizAccounts, this should take up to 20 minutes.
