Change of company name

Effective 31 July 2026, following a resolution passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting, the Company has changed its name to ACN 627 541 011 Ltd. The change has been lodged with ASIC and a certificate of registration on change of name has been issued.

All references to the Company's former name and former branding have been withdrawn. Please use ACN 627 541 011 Ltd in all future correspondence and records. The Company's ABN (62 627 541 011) is unchanged.

Status of the Company's former operations

Deposits were returned to most customers, and all remaining deposit customers were transitioned to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia from 18 March 2026.
On 1 May 2026, the Company handed back its authorised deposit-taking institution (ADI) licence to APRA. The Company is no longer an authorised deposit-taking institution and no longer carries on deposit-taking business.
